  • Fortnightly updates; this will allow you to continue your stress free life knowing that your planner has everything under control. Watching your event come together is the best feeling.

  • Complete vendor and decor organisation. There is no need to worry about anything, we will organise every vendor needed and all the styling down to the little details.

  • ​Set up and Clean up, let us do all the work while you enjoy the process of getting ready and instead of worrying about collecting everything after, let us do it all while you go home and sleep.

  • Creative ideas and input, when you are struggling to make decisions allow us to help you out and give you our professional opinion.

  • Event Coordinator on the day, to make sure everything goes to plan we will have an event coordinator on the day to keep the day running smoothly which means you get to just enjoy your event.

HOW MUCH DO WE CHARGE?

To make sure you don't need to worry about finding the money for your planner we work it into your existing budget. Before we even start planning we count it as a cost just like we would a vendor. We at Budget Friendly Events & Weddings care 10% of your budget. No matter how much your budget is we will only charge the 10%. For example if your budget is $1000 we will only charge $100.
